2019年4月21日上午，合江社区组织边城水恋“小区美容师”志愿者开展了“我是小区美容师，美化环境我先行”小区美化行动。

通过此次活动，不仅美化了小区环境，提高了居民朋友们的劳动技能和环境保护意识，还提升了居民参与社区公共事务的积极性，加深了居民之间的感情交流。

2019年4月20日下午，新济源社工联合成都中医药大学青年志愿者协会，在玺龙湾小区居民之家开展了手工香囊活动，通过驱蚊香囊制作方式，让居民学会基础手工的技巧，收获手工的愉悦，也通过本次活动，增加居民对居民之家的了解。

中新社伦敦3月2日电 题：中国非遗何以闪耀世界舞台？

——专访英国汉学家蒲华杰

多年来，英国汉学家蒲华杰从事中国文学翻译工作，从《孙子兵法》开始，陆续翻译多部中国古典及现代文学作品，包括《道德经》《诗经》等，也是《中国共产党简史》英文版的主要译者。蒲华杰还曾亲身参与中国申遗工作。近日，蒲华杰接受中新社“东西问”专访，分享他对中国非遗的观点与体悟。

现将访谈实录摘要如下：

中新社记者：在中国春节期间，英国伦敦眼点亮“中国红”，特拉法加广场举行盛大新春庆典，多个地标建筑区域开展花车巡游，您如何看待英国本地透出的浓浓中国年味？

蒲华杰：英国人热衷于各类节日，而中国新年是为数不多在这里获得广泛关注的外国节日之一。自20世纪80年代以来，伦敦唐人街便开始庆祝这一节日，英国各地小学都有教授有关春节的知识。尽管中英关系在过去两个世纪里起起伏伏，但英国人对中国传统文化一直情有独钟，而中国新年融合了这种情怀背后的许多元素：神话传说、色彩缤纷的装饰、春联、舞狮，当然还有美食。我认为，新一轮庆祝活动的意义在于其隐含的信息，即古老的传统并不只是为了庆祝而庆祝，而在这个不断变化的时代仍然处于核心位置，仍然是当代中国文化生活中充满活力的一部分。这反映出传统文化的重要性，它历经千年而不衰。

中新社记者：2024年，中国申报的“春节——中国人庆祝传统新年的社会实践”通过评审，列入联合国教科文组织人类非物质文化遗产代表作名录。您认为中国春节为何能成为人类非物质文化遗产的代表？

蒲华杰：我认为春节的普世意义主要体现在两方面。首先，它是中国传统文化的代表。中国拥有历史悠久、连续传承的文明体系爱上海同城交友。尽管几千年来中国文明发展并非一帆风顺，但这些挑战恰恰验证了它的韧性。许多起源于新石器时代的信仰体系、艺术和设计元素至今在当代中国依然清晰可见，几乎未曾改变，而春节正体现了其中许多方面。其次，春节的庆祝活动在社会层面同样具有重要意义，它强调家庭的重要性。每年有无数人在同一时间返乡，这种大规模的人口流动，生动展示了当今中国所特有的、良性的、自发的社会凝聚力。

中新社记者：作为中华民族的文化瑰宝，非物质文化遗产是中国了解历史、回望过去的窗口，也是连接不同文明、增进各国友谊的坚实纽带。目前，中国有40多个项目列入联合国教科文组织非物质文化遗产名录、名册，总数居世界第一上海龙凤419。您如何评价？

蒲华杰：西方人普遍对中国的历史、地理和文化知之甚少，因此，中国有40多个项目列入联合国教科文组织非物质文化遗产名录、名册，具有重要意义。非物质文化遗产名录中，中国元素的数量之多，不仅清楚地表明了中国对其文化历史的自豪感，也表明了这些元素对国家持续提供的价值和贡献。

通读这份名录，有两件事跃然纸上：一是少数民族元素的数量多，表明了少数民族贡献的重要性；二是许多项目对世界文明作出重要贡献，如蚕桑、针灸、太极拳，还有茶文化。我深知申遗过程多么严苛。拥有如此多项目，是对中国在最高水平上保护和传播中国传统文化的有力印证。

中新社记者：您亲身参与了中国哪些项目申遗，具体承担哪些工作？

蒲华杰：“北京中轴线——中国理想都城秩序的杰作”(简称“北京中轴线”)2024年7月正式列入《世界遗产名录》。我直接参与了项目申报工作。世界遗产申请必须用英文进行，我是翻译团队中的一员，负责处理需要提交并不断完善的大量资料。从2021年参与该项目，直至2024年成功获批，我非常钦佩中国的研究人员和整理人员，他们收集了大量极为详尽的资料以支持申请，然后将这些资料精简成一份简洁又令人信服的提交报告。从翻译角度来看，我认为这是一个非常有趣的过程，因为它不仅考验了我的中文和中国文化知识——我需要引用公元前的中国古典原文，还对我的英语技能提出挑战——既要保留所有基本信息，又要以最易读的形式呈现给联合国教科文组织上海新茶工作室微信。

中新社记者：在参与申遗工作中，有哪些事情印象较深？

蒲华杰：2024年9月，我去中国西安和北京参加会议上海娱乐网。利用在北京的机会，我走完了北起钟鼓楼、南至永定门的中轴线。由于年岁已高，这段路程我用了两天时间完成，带着从申请过程中了解到的所有信息，我以新视角参观了这座城市中曾自认为熟悉的部分，并了解了我从未到过的其他部分，尤其是南段。

如果要挑选印象较深的几个亮点，我会选择三个地方：一是万宁桥，这里浓缩了从元代大都到现代北京的整个城市历史，只需一瞬间，你就能感受到几个世纪以来这里所有活动的轨迹。二是天桥，看它从明清时期延续至今，作为表演艺术中心的作用。三是先农坛，建筑宏伟，且相比北京其他主要景点，人流稀少。

我在北京一直有回家的感觉。如今，在为其文化历史作出一点小贡献后，我感觉这里就像是真正的第二故乡。

中新社记者：从古老的民歌、传统的舞蹈，到精巧的手工艺、源远流长的节日节庆，中华民族创造了绚丽多彩的非物质文化遗产上海养生网。从非遗角度出发，中国未来如何为世界文化多样性贡献更多色彩？

蒲华杰：显然，中国在这方面潜力巨大。就我个人经验而言，鼓励游客、学者和学生亲自来现场体验这些文化元素，无疑是传播文化以及促使整个国家被理解的最佳方式。我曾深切体会到，一旦人们真正来到中国，那些对中国根深蒂固的误解很快就会被共情和真诚的好奇取代。所以，对于年轻一代和老一辈来说，或许需采取不同方式。(完)
